Daniel Azuma
This is the home and blog of Daniel Azuma, a software engineer in the Seattle, WA area.
You may know me as a long time Ruby developer, the original developer of RGeo and Toys, and frequent speaker at Ruby conferences. I was also the the Ruby language lead at Google Cloud for nearly 10 years, the original writer of the Ruby runtimes for Google’s serverless products, the tech lead of the team that worked on the Ruby client libraries for Google APIs, and a Ruby developer advocate for the platform in general.
I’m also an avid van traveler, and owner of a heavily-modified Winnebago Ekko.
